Article 3: Conclusion of the Contract

3.1 The contract is finalized exclusively via the Internet through the Consumer/Business Buyer’s access to https://giankycoin.site/ and completion of the online purchase procedure.

3.2 By following the procedures on the website, the Consumer/Business Buyer submits a proposal to purchase the services offered.

Article 4: Effectiveness of the Contract

4.1 The contract is considered concluded when the Consumer/Business Buyer accurately completes the online order form and the Supplier confirms the order via email or a printable web page summarizing the order.

4.2 The order summary includes the buyer’s details, the services purchased, the total price, any additional charges, and payment and delivery terms.

4.3 The Supplier’s confirmation ensures the contract’s effectiveness.

Article 5: Payment and Refunds

Article 7: Pricing
